User Data Deletion

NurturFlow respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the data we hold about you, including data received through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Lead Ads and other connected integrations.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, send an email to admin@nurturflow.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name.
• The email address and/or phone number associated with your data.
• Your Facebook name or the page/form through which you submitted your details (if applicable).

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
• Once verified, we will permanently delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days.
• Data in encrypted backups is automatically and permanently deleted within 90 days.
• We may retain limited information only where required by law.

Removing NurturFlow from Facebook

You can also remove NurturFlow's access to your Facebook account at any time:

• Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.
• Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
• Find NurturFlow and click Remove.

Removing access stops any further data sharing. To delete data already collected, please email us as described above.
